RBI consultants will underwrite the entire loan file based on the scope/ customer requirements and provide conditions to make Loan decisions in a timely manner. Generally, the conditions provided help the senior underwriter to make loan-level decisions quickly and accurately so that the lender can expedite the closing process as a win-win situation for all the parties involved in the mortgage cycle.

 

RBI develops a QC Plan based on the customer requirements and in line with Fannie- Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.

More than 70% of the lenders we are currently working with are either direct or indirect sellers to Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac. Our processes are compliant with agency quality control requirements, and we have subject matter experts on staff to constantly monitor changes mandated by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD/FHA. Being compliant to major rating agencies requirements and follow their standard processes when it comes to staffing & hiring. We do have staff working in shifts, so we have a good cover available for all the time zones.

Reviewers focus on identifying the problems or issues, have them reported through initial reporting and at times suggest possible cures in a timely manner. Capability to widen the sampling process including greater number of variables i.e., loan officer, the processor, the underwriter, the LTV, MI or anything you wish to add to broaden your QC platform.
